Harrison Ford has been an acclaimed actor for decades, starring in iconic film franchises like Star Wars and Indiana Jones. In his latest big-franchise venture, he plays Red Hulk in the upcoming Captain America movie, Captain America: Brave New World .

Ford spoke about taking on the job, which included the process of motion capture, in a recent interview with Variety . Simply put, he felt that not much effort was required in doing what he was asked—and paid—to do.

"What did it take? It took not caring. It took being an idiot for money, which I’ve done before," the Oscar winner quipped.

He was quick to note that he wasn't trashing a movie he worked on.

“I don’t mean to disparage it," he said. "I’m just saying you have to do certain things that normally your mother would not want you to do—or your acting coach, if you had one. But it’s fun, and I enjoyed it. I had a great time, and I’m delighted at the response that we got with the trailer."
