Hulu Schedule August 5-11 2024: New TV Shows & Movies Being Added

Hulu’s new TV and movie releases for August 5-11, 2024, include the films Chief of Station and Greta.

On Friday, August 9, Chief of Station premieres on Hulu. This action-thriller starring Aaron Eckhart follows a former CIA station chief who discovers that his wife may not have died in an accident as he had presumed. He returns to the CIA and teams up with a longtime adversary to uncover a conspiracy that challenges his beliefs about his work and loyalty.

Then, on Saturday, August 10, Greta drops on Hulu. Starring Chloë Grace Moretz and Isabelle Huppert, the film follows a young woman named Frances who returns a lonely widow Greta’s purse, leading to an unexpected friendship. However, the relationship takes a dark turn when Frances discovers Greta’s unsettling secret and dubious behavior.

Also coming to Hulu this week is Impractical Jokers Season 8.

Impractical Jokers is a comedy series presented in a hidden-camera format. The show follows four longtime friends—Brian, James, Joe, and Sal—as they perform extreme dares to see who can handle pressure the best. The friend who loses and succumbs to the pressure is forced to carry out a humiliating dare.
