The Paris Games brought a magical Monday evening for Team GB . Keely Hodgkinson stormed to victory in the women’s 800m final, and that came after the British trio took gold in the women’s team sprint to kick off the velodrome action.

Daryll Neita, fresh from a narrow fourth in the women's 100m final, eased into the 200m final, where she will be joined by Dina Asher-Smith, while Joe Clarke and Kimberly Woods both picked up medals in the kayak cross finals.

The day kicked off with the mixed triathlon relay, where Team GB followed up on Tokyo gold with Paris bronze after a photo finish while Kimberley Woods took bronze and Joe Clarke silver in the kayak cross finals.
