Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary Warns ‘It’ Kid Kamala Harris Could Be America’s Justin Trudeau: ‘That Country Is On Its Knees!’

Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary fears Vice President Kamala Harris could be the United States’ Justin Trudeau if she becomes president in November.

In a Friday interview on NewsNation, O’Leary called Harris “inconsequential” as a vice president and a “blank sheet of paper” as a candidate because she doesn’t talk policy.

“I don’t blame her for not bringing up policy. She should just rant and rave, saying I’m not Trump until August 7 because she’s raising so much money. But then, she’s got to talk policy and I don’t know what that looks like and nobody does because she’s like a blank sheet of paper,” he said.

O’Leary called Harris the current “it kid” amid growing endorsements, including President Joe Biden , and fundraising hundreds of millions. The entrepreneur cautioned, however, that the last “it kid” he saw was Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau .

“There’s an example of an it kid up in Canada a few years ago, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Nobody looked at his background, nobody looked at his policies. He was the it kid,” O’Leary said. “That country is on its knees! He wiped it out! He had no executional skills. Are Americans basically going to hire or basically bring a president that’s another Justin Trudeau? I hope not.”

O’Leary, who was born in Canada, has called Trudeau the “worst manager” Canada has ever had, calling Canada “one of the richest countries on Earth” in terms of natural resources but also a country “run by idiots.”

“He is the worst manager Canada has ever had. Total incompetency underneath him in the cabinet seats. Total incompetency in almost every mandate. Absolutely, the worst I’ve ever seen,” he told Daniela Cambone in March about the Canadian prime minister.
