Team USA’s A’ja Wilson is showcasing her dominance at the 2024 Paris Olympics , achieving a historic milestone not seen in the 21st century .

The Las Vegas Aces star has tallied an impressive 47 points and 26 rebounds in just two group play games , shooting a remarkable 57.6 percent from the field.

Wilson’s standout performance continued in Team USA’s 87-74 victory over Belgium on Thursday. Leveraging Team USA’s size advantage, she posted another double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds.

This followed her earlier game against Japan , where she scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in a decisive 102-76 win .

According to FIBA , Wilson has become the first Team USA player to record at least four Olympic double-doubles since the turn of the millennium.

This feat includes her two recent double-doubles in Paris, adding to her two from the 2020 Tokyo Olympics .

Breanna Stewart also contributed significantly in the game against Belgium, scoring 26 points and collecting seven rebounds.
