Just four months ago, Maryse Mizanin underwent extremely serious surgery, having her uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, omentum, and abdominal lymph nodes removed in an attempt to save her life following a pre-cancer diagnosis. And while it was obviously going to take her time to recover, she has now wowed fans by showing off her remarkable figure in a very revealing dress on in a series of Instagram photos ahead of SummerSlam, which her husband, The Miz, is hosting.

41-year-old French-Canadian Maryse first broke into the wrestling business in 2006 via WWE’s Diva Search and would subsequently win the Divas Championship twice over her career. However, to a large percentage of fans, she is currently better known for appearing on the reality television shows Total Divas and Miz & Mrs alongside her husband, whom she married in 2014 and has two children with.
