    Study: Virginia ranks in top 15 for best place to move

    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia ranks in the top 15 for best places to move to in the U.S., according to new study.

    Virginia ranks at No. 13 in the U.S. for its overall rank based on numerous factors. The study conducted by ConsumerAffairs based ranking on affordability, economy, education and health, quality of life and safety.

    Silver Spring named best place for families to live

    Utah came in at No. 1, and California came in the last spot at 51.

    Virginia ranked 15th in affordability, 9th in economy, 30th in Education and health, 18th in quality of life and 15th in safety.
