Man wanted for stealing a $20K check in Irvine and depositing it at an ATM

A check from an Irvine business was intercepted from the mail around May 3, according to the Irvine Police Department .

This man is suspected of depositing the stolen check into an ATM account. The investigation is ongoing, but it would be helpful to the investigation to identify this suspect.

The loss in this crime is $20,939.

The suspect appears to be a Latino male. He was wearing a white t-shirt and a baseball cap when a surveillance camera at the ATM captured his image.

Okay help me understand that you cannot literally find the person from the Bank Account that he deposited the Money into. That bank account has to belong to him, his family, or his friends. What do we have Here.... People who don't have common sense and can't figure things out
