Why this is the preseason Pop-Tarts Bowl Projection

Will there be a Florida team here for just the second time since 2016?

It's possible, and UCF could be a nice fit from the Big 12, but Kansas should be in for the stronger year and could be the more attractive team for the matchup. Arizona will likely be somewhere that wants a former Pac-12 team, and Oklahoma State should be in a bigger bowl.

Miami might be the right fit from the ACC, and Louisville could be in the mix, but North Carolina - who hasn't been here since 2015 - should have the stronger resumé for what should be an offensive show.
