Zac Efron Speaks Out After Hospitalization in Ibiza

Actor Zac Efron said he was “happy and healthy” after being hospitalized following a health scare over the weekend. The High School Musical star was rushed to a hospital on the Spanish island of Ibiza on Saturday after a “minor swimming incident,” his representatives told TMZ . The representatives released very few other details about the incident, but said the hospital visit was “precautionary.” In an Instagram story posted on Sunday, the High School Musical actor said he was “happy and healthy” before thanking fans for their well wishes following the incident. The 36-year-old star shared the message with a photo of himself dumbbell pressing two 20 kilogram weights on an exercise ball. He was shirtless and sporting a pair of pink and white floral swim trunks.
