Why this is the preseason TaxAct Texas Bowl Projection

For those who might miss the good old days of Oklahoma and Kansas State as Big 12 siblings, here you go.

Texas A&M would be ideal, but it played in this last year - a 31-23 loss to Oklahoma State. Missouri and LSU should go to slightly better bowls. The call here is that OU pushes for eight wins, but probably gets to seven.

Arizona should be in the hunt for the Big 12, but it might go elsewhere as a former Pac-12 team - bowl slots are carved out.
