Meghan Markle may sever ties with her high-profile celebrity friend

In addition to her family members, Meghan Markle has also cut off ties with her friends.

Now, The Mirror reports that another high-profile friend may be axed from Meghan's inner circle.

Ellen DeGeneres is reported to be good friends with Meghan. However, due to recent events and the accusations of toxic behavior on the set of the Ellen show, DeGeneres is set to make an exit from public life.

One royal commentator believes that this is cause for Meghan to cut off ties with DeGeneres.

Royal commentator Charlotte Griffiths had this to say about Meghan's relationship with her friends,

I think she's a bit strategic with her friends and once she's finished with them, she casts them aside and forgets all about them, deletes their number and blocks their number in some cases."
