50 Cent has reportedly secured an overall victory in his ongoing legal battle worth $1 billion.

According to a report AllHipHop published on Saturday, August 3, Judge Analisa Torres ruled in favor of Curtis "50 Cent' Jackson and dismissed all three cases brought against him by Cory "Ghost" Holland. Holland previously accused the rapper, Kemp, Starz, and Lionsgate of using his life story without permission in a $1 billion-dollar lawsuit he filed in 2021. He claimed Jackson's "Power" series was based on life experiences he detailed in a CD titled Blasphemy , which he gave to co-producer Courtney Kemp's father in 2007 to get out of the drug trade for good.

In addition to the alleged defamation, Holland sued 50 Cent for allegedly trying to intimidate him on two separate occasions. In one instance, Holland claimed the G-Unit founder and his crew pulled up to his neighborhood and went looking for someone named "Ghost." During another alleged incident, Holland said people from Fif's camp played "threatening" music outside his home, which he interpreted as a message. Holland also sued Starz and Lionsgate for $300 million after he accused the production companies of not overseeing 50 Cent's series more closely.

The legal battle took a turn for the worst earlier this year when Holland wrote his own threatening message to 50 Cent's lawyers. Holland lashed out at the legal team in a brief letter , which was turned over to Judge Torres and the local authorities.

“If a motherf**ker gets killed because your motherf**king client threaten me and my family, file a motherf**king motion for that,” Holland declared, escalating tensions in this high-stakes battle. “I ain’t playing with your motherf**king client no more, next time he or anyone he sends pull up, f**k the litigation.”

50 Cent has maintained his innocence in all three cases against him. Judge Torres tossed out Holland's initial defamation claims because the show never directly referenced the former drug dealer despite the alleged similarities. In regards to the legal complaint against Starz and Lionsgate, Torres said Holland "failed to demonstrate a duty of care owed to him by the companies." She also noted that one of Holland's claims was outside the statute of limitations and ruled that the music played in his neighborhood didn't "constitute a threat."

“There is no indication that this conduct constituted a threat, much less an ‘imminent threat of harmful contact’ as required for an assault claim,” Judge Torres said.

It looks like the legal battle between 50 Cent and the real-life "Ghost" has finally ended.
