The Get Up Kids recently shared a new music video for “Holiday” with archival tour footage and a demo of the song from the upcoming 25th anniversary edition of their classic 1999 album Something To Write Home About, and now they’ve done the same for one of the album’s other most-loved songs, “Ten Minutes.” The video was directed by the band’s longtime friend Josh Berwanger of The Anniversary, and here’s what co-guitarist/vocalist Jim Suptic (who wrote and sings “Ten Minutes”) had to say:

When Slipknot announced their tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of their self-titled debut album, Clown said, “We’re gonna make it more personal on the anniversary, but how remains to be seen.” They never officially said whether or not they’d be playing the self-titled in full, until issuing a “brief warning” on stage at last night’s (8/6) tour opener at Noblesville, IN’s Ruoff Music Center: “Nothing you are about to hear tonight was written after 1999.”

Bay Area hardcore band Sunami have announced a tour, dubbed ‘From the Bay to the U.S.A.’ and presented by Monster Outbreak, with support from a bunch of other great hardcore bands. Ingrown and Torena are on all dates, and Apex Predator, Scarab, and AWOL are on select dates. Ingrown and Torena also play two Chicago shows in the middle of the tour without Sunami. Tickets go on sale Friday (8/9) and you can find all dates listed below.

Cap’n Jazz are reuniting for their first show in seven years at Las Vegas festival Best Friends Forever in October, and it looks like they have plans for more shows after that, too. European booking agency and promoter Toutpartout say that they are now the band’s agent in Europe and the UK, and that they’re “working on shows for 2025!,” writing, “Cap’n Jazz never toured Europe before. They only played two shows in London back in 2017! It’s time to change this.”
