At the end of Season 3, a fight erupted between Milo, Mike, Iris, and Konstantin. The fight ended with Iris killing Konstantin after being forced to do so by Milo, who was subsequently killed by Mike, after the former insinuated that the latter’s mother Mariam died because of him.

Following this, Iris, who was likely traumatized by killing Konstantin and the terrible things she experienced in past seasons, boarded a bus leaving Kingstown. She then popped some pills to likely soothe her pain and calm herself. Unfortunately, when her bus reached the next station, the driver had found her dead on her seat with her mouth and eyes open and her face looking pale.
