They played a key role in the elimination process and revealed the top three finalists. After meeting the top four contestants, they announced Sai Ketan Rao’s elimination. This left rapper Naezy, Sana Makbul, and Ranvir Shorey to compete for the coveted Bigg Boss OTT 3 trophy.

The finale featured several dance performances that added to the festive atmosphere. Eventually, Ranvir Shorey was eliminated, which brought Deepak Chaurasia to tears. The final showdown was between Sana Makbul and Naezy, who joined host Anil Kapoor on stage for the final announcement. After an intense season filled with drama, controversies, and evictions, Sana Makbul emerged victorious, with Naezy finishing as the first runner-up.

Sana Makbul was awarded ₹25 lakh (approximately $29,735), a coveted season trophy, and a bike. Reflecting on her journey in an interview with ETimes TV, Sana said , “Yes, I always stood by my points firmly. I was very strong and very fierce. Main apni cheezon par datti rahi( I stuck to my points), whatever I’ve said on the show, I own up to it. I never tried to run away from the things I’ve said. People threw a lot of criticism at me, said many things, but I just ignored them.”
