The actor will play Fred, a Mars Peacekeeper. The expanding cast for this season also includes Mireille Enos and Costa Ronin, as previously reported.
Created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi, For All Mankind picks up in an alternative version of 1969, in which the Soviet Union beats the United States to the Moon, watching as the space race continues on for decades with still grander challenges and goals. The latest season rocketed the series into the new millennium: In the eight years since Season 3, Happy Valley has rapidly expanded its footprint on Mars by turning former foes into partners. It’s now 2003, and the focus of the space program has turned to the capture and mining of extremely valuable, mineral-rich asteroids that could change the future of both Earth and Mars. But simmering tensions between the residents of the now-sprawling international base threaten to undo everything they are working toward.
The upcoming season will be showrun by Wolpert and Nedivi, who will also exec produce alongside Moore and Maril Davis of Tall Ship Productions, as well as David Weddle, Bradley Thompson, Seth Edelstein and Kira Snyder. The show is produced for Apple TV+ by Sony Pictures Television.

Coming off a five-season run as Dr. Iggy Frome on NBC’s popular medical drama New Amsterdam , Labine has also been seen on shows like StartUp , Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency , Deadbeat , Animal Practice and Mad Love , among others. In film, the actor is best known for starring opposite Alan Tudyk in the cult classic horror comedy Tucker and Dale vs. Evil . Other notable credits include the Escape Room films, the Melissa McCarthy comedy The Boss , and Rise of the Planet of the Apes .
Labine is represented by Artists First, Verve, and Jackoway Austen Tyerman.
