The Winners and Losers of RHONJ Season 14

Season 14 of Real Housewives of New Jersey is in the books, and it made history for all the wrong reasons. Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga refused to interact all season. But they were certainly activated during the finale. Still, the cast was fractured.

The group was so divided that Bravo scrapped the idea of a reunion. So, the RHONJ season finale sit-down, dubbed “The Last Supper,” was supposed to function as a finale and a reunion. But it flopped. There was one actual bombshell, but the rest was just more of the same toxic remarks and behavior.

Let’s take a look at the winners and losers of RHONJ Season 14.

Margaret Josephs – Winner

Not only was Margaret Josephs at war with Teresa, but she also had problems with her friends Jackie Goldschneider and Jenn Fessler . Margaret was furious that Jenn would hang out with Teresa after Luis allegedly threatened Margaret’s son.

Then Margaret called time on her friendship with Jackie. After Jackie hopped over to Team Teresa, Margaret was done. Plus, Margaret’s husband, Joe Benigno, was dealing with a health scare. It was a lot to handle.

Even with all this drama, Margaret managed to top herself when she sent a funeral arrangement of flowers to Teresa in memory of Teresa and her attorney, James Leonard’s, dignity. Was it creepy? Yes. It was also epic, savage, and declared Margaret a WINNER.

Jackie Goldschneider – Loser

During an argument with Jackie at a party, Margaret sent Dolores Catania screenshots of a text conversation between the duo. And Jackie called Dolores “a slob.” Dolores refused to move forward with Jackie even after she apologized.

When Jackie was warmly received by Teresa and Jennifer Aydin , she thought she found actual friends. Well … not so much. Teresa just wanted information about Margaret. Oops.

But the Season 14 finale bombshell was all about Jackie. Margaret revealed that Jackie had hosted Luis Ruelas ‘ ex at her home in 2021. Everyone was stunned. Teresa’s hubby Luis had been in a tense court battle with his ex. At first, Jackie denied it. But finally, she admitted that the claim was true.

For some reason, Teresa wasn’t upset with Jackie. During Season 11, Teresa spread a cheating rumor about Jackie’s husband, Evan Goldschneider . At the time, the two were far from friends. So, Teresa could understand that.

However, the rest of the ladies did not. Jackie repeatedly lied in front of everyone at the finale, and most found her choice to align with Teresa just a bid to stay on RHONJ. As Jackie left the restaurant, sad and alone, Dolores remarked, “She needs a f*cking diaper.”

Rachel Fuda – Winner

Rachel Fuda wasn’t afraid to go toe to toe with Teresa. After Teresa labeled Rachel’s husband, John Fuda , “the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County,” Rachel issued a warning to Teresa.

The Fudas sat down with Teresa and Luis to discuss the matter. Teresa issued an almost apology, and the Fudas left. But not before John called out Teresa for committing fraud.

The Fudas also shared with viewers that their daughter, Giuliana, had a tongue tie. According to The Mayo Clinic , this condition occurs when a “tight band of tissue tethers the bottom of the tongue’s tip to the floor of the mouth.” A tough tie can cause speech difficulties. Thankfully, Giuliana is doing well.

And during the finale, Rachel told Teresa to stop talking about her husband. “Keep my f*cking husband’s name out of your fat f*cking hot-dog-lipped mouth,” she told Teresa. Bloop!

Teresa Giudice – Loser

Teresa went into this season determined to ignore Melissa and her brother, Joe Gorga . But Teresa and Melissa ended up having a pose-off after they insulted each other during the finale. For those keeping track, Melissa called Teresa “white trash,” while Teresa called her a ”whore” repeatedly.

The rest of the season revolved around Teresa trying to expose Margaret as the person who was leaking info from Luis’ ex. She brought in her attorney, James Leonard, to tell her co-stars about how Margaret’s name came up in the legal case between Luis and his ex. It was a bombshell with no bang, which led to a bad look for Teresa.

Melissa Gorga – Winner

Melissa and Joe sent their eldest daughter, Antonia Gorga , off to college. And they also dealt with cutting ties with Teresa. The duo focused on their marriage, and Melissa focused on her boutique, Envy.

The RHONJ star had no interest in rekindling a relationship with Teresa and was horrified when she and Luis sent a bottle to Melissa and Joe’s housewarming party. So, when the ladies interacted during the Season 14 finale, it was just to toss digs at each other. But watching Melissa mimic Teresa’s pose from across the table was golden.

Danielle Cabral – Winner

This season, Danielle Cabral re-launched her Boujie Kidz fashion line at New York Fashion Week. In her spare time, she had a major falling out with Jennifer. At Danielle’s Boujie Brunch, she called out Jennifer and Teresa for allowing someone to talk about her behind her back. Lena, who is a hairdresser, dissed Danielle for allowing her to be removed from the VIP section at Danielle’s charity function. The nerve!

And during the finale, Danielle reacted when Jennifer claimed that her husband, Nate Cabral , had “boobs.” Danielle shoved some things on the table at Jennifer before heading to the bathroom for a time-out. It was obvious that Jennifer was trying to get Danielle to blow up.

There is no way forward for Danielle with Jen and Teresa. And it is never okay for anyone to put their hands on anyone else. At the end of the day, Danielle’s quips and over-the-top personality put her in the winner’s column.

Jennifer Aydin – Loser

The bad blood between Danielle and Jennifer ignited at Teresa’s Tulum Party. Jennifer accused Danielle of sabotaging her hairdresser’s hair launch, and of taking money from her charity event. Danielle called Jennifer, “Dirrttyy…” Next, Jennifer shoved Danielle, and then Danielle crushed a cup against her face. The physical altercation won both ladies a suspension from filming.

Jennifer’s sole focus this season was backing up Teresa, but she didn’t receive much support in return. Plus, both Jennifer and Teresa were accused of allegedly leaking stories to bloggers . Manipulating the storylines on reality TV shows is wrong.

Jenn Fessler – Loser

Jenn seemed to be in trouble by trying to avoid conflict. Unfortunately, she created more. She angered both Rachel and Margaret by hanging out with Teresa. Rachel made it clear that she didn’t want Jenn talking to Teresa about them.

At Danielle’s event, Jenn defended John when Teresa’s daughter, Gia Giudice , commented about something that John said about her. Jenn’s remarks made Rachel, Margaret, and Melissa angry. And Rachel and Jenn’s friendship never recovered.

At the finale, Jenn dipped out after Danielle lashed out at Jennifer. On the plus side, Jenn did have some funny, kooky moments. But she didn’t embrace the drama.

Dolores Catania – Winner

Dolores is the MVP of Season 14 of RHONJ. She was able to be friends with both Team Teresa and Team Melissa. She showed off her relationship with Paul Connell and even confronted him about how long his divorce was taking.

Finally, Dolores and Jenn tried to schedule a retreat for the ladies to try and heal. In what Teresa called an “om,” the house in the Berkshires burned to the ground. That is why Dolores tried to mediate the Last Supper at The Rails.

After everyone left the sh*t show of a finale, Dolores noted that the hatred was “toxic” and likened the moment to “a death.” According to Bravo, big casting changes are coming to the franchise, so in a sense, Dolores is spot on. For this group of Garden State ladies, that was most likely their final meal together.
