TRAILER: Game of Thrones Spin-Off A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms

The first trailer for Game of Thrones spin-off series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has been released.

Set 100 years before Game of Thrones and 100 years after House of The Dragon , the series follows two unlikely companions. These are the noble but naive knight Ser Duncan the Tall, and his loyal squire Egg.

They’ll encounter several members of the Targaryen dynasty on their travels across Westeros, giving viewers more insight into author George R.R. Martin’s world. It’s not as epic in scale, however, focusing on smaller, more self-contained escapades than huge, territory spanning battles.

With House of the Dragon season 2 now over, it leaves a big, fantasy shaped hole in prime-time programming. The Game of Thrones prequel currently sits at a respectable 89% on Rotten Tomatoes.
