I will never stay at the Venitian Hotel and Casino. When I checked in the guy asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a different room and of course I said yes. Never once did he mention it was $170 per night to upgrade the room. I spoke to a manager and she wasn't willing to credit any of the upgrade charge. She stated that's the way we train them is to go over the charges. I said well he didn't!!! I was ripped off by this hotel and WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. The hotel didn't even try to make it right and pretty much called me a liar!!! No one cares. All they care about is money money money not customer service.

I stayed there the first year they opened when the property hosted the AVN awards, and it was off the chain. C2K was rocking that weekend!
