I went into the Delaware Ave store looking at some furniture I was very disappointed it was dirty unattentive employees very disorganized I left sad and quite honestly that store deserves to be shut down go to the one on Young Street and Tonawanda completely different story

First of all, they have gotten expensive for a discount, overstock store. Second, I ordered online a baby high chair that they had been advertising and kept showing up in my Facebook feed. To get free shipping, I had to order more, so I did because it was worth not having to pay the shipping. So from my order, guess what was out of stock…the high chair. So I end up getting the rest of the order, which I wouldn’t have ordered had it not been for the shipping cost. Then, even after the high chair was clearly out of stock (probably discontinued because I couldn’t find it anywhere else), I’m still getting ads for it in my Facebook feed! So how many people ordered this with the same result as me? Definitely not good for business, and I will now think twice about ordering online from them.
