Julio Foolio's mom has addressed the odd posts that appeared on the Florida artist's Instagram page after he passed away .

In an interview SayCheeseTV aired on Monday, August 5, Foolio's mother Sandrikas Mays opened up about several aspects about her life from the time he was born to his untimely death last month. Midway through the conversation, Mays is asked about the origin of several posthumous posts that were uploaded to Foolio's Instagram account.

"I'm running his account now," Mays explains at the 48:24 mark of the conversation. "Before, somebody had his password or whatever and I'm just able to retrieve it from his phone."

"Before, I wasn't running his account," she continued. "But as of right now, you can see the different stuff on there now, me posting songs. Now, I am running the account."

Julio Foolio was fatally shot last month in a parking lot of a hotel in Tampa. Police believe five suspects followed the Jacksonville native to the hotel while he was celebrating his 26th birthday. Three shooters opened fire at him and struck three others with non-life-threatening injuries. Foolio, born Charles Jones, was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

A few weeks after his death, several videos of Foolio were posted to his timeline as if he was still alive. One caption claimed the rapper was "still here" and promised new music. Meanwhile, police were able to identify the five murder suspects as Isaiah Chance Jr., Alicia Andrews, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy. Police believe Sean, Rashad and Davion are the suspected shooters. Four out of five of the suspects have been arrested while Davion Murphy is still on the run.

Mays said she has no idea who the five suspects are. She also believes that there are more suspects out there who may be arrested next. Watch the entire interview with Sandrikas Mays below.
