I had a home warranty with ARW and they were terrible!!! They are out of Florida. They told me they had technicians all over the country but after paying for a year and a half I called for a water heater problem. They couldn't find anyone in my town in Arizona to look at my water heater. They sent me a copy of the contract which I didn't have because after I signed up they just only cared about getting their money. It said any appliances over 10 years old they only paid half the amount they say they pay for. It was a total scam, they never sent anyone and so they sent me a check for $300. You can't get one for that much, they lied to get me to sign up and they should not be allowed to sell their "warranties" in Arizona!! Total scam!!! 🙀
