the concern is A E P wants a rate hike to pay for this. it seems that everytime they start a new project, they expect that the P.S.C. will give them a raise ( which they do). they want a 15 4% raise which the P.S.C. will deny but, they will give them 10% which is what they want. thanks PUBLIC SCREWING COMMISSION. historically is what they always do.
