Fireworks, Fun & More: Get Ready For Taunton's Summer Celebration

The City of Taunton is gearing up for an exciting event that promises to bring the community together for an evening of fun and entertainment. Mayor Shaunna O'Connell, Taunton Parks & Recreation & Mayor's Worthy Cause are teaming up to host the 2024 Summer Celebration which promises fun activities, entertainment, and great company.

"Our local partners are bringing their energy, resources, and enthusiasm to make this event truly special," explains the City of Taunton in a recent News Flash. The City also revealed this summer celebration will include fireworks.

Mark your calendars and gather your family and friends for this unforgettable event. The 2024 Summer Celebration will take place at Hopewell Park on Thursday, August 22nd from 5 PM until 9 PM. In case of bad weather, the rain date for this event is Thursday, August 29th.
