Kelly and Jack Osbourne found themselves in a classic sibling spat when faced with a challenging question on Wednesday’s episode of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire .”

Competing together for charity, the duo breezed through most questions until they hit an $8,000 query that asked: “Approved in the 1970s to treat high blood pressure, the drug minoxidil was ‘repurposed’ after many patients who took it experienced what side effect?”

Despite using their 50/50 lifeline, which narrowed down the choices to C: “Substantial weight loss” and D: “Excessive hair growth,” they still couldn’t figure it out.

Kelly, 39, argued, “I’m telling you Jack, if it were weight loss I’d know,” which caused the audience to erupt in laughter and host Jimmy Kimmel to nervously cover his face.

Then, the Osbournes eventually used their “Ask the Audience” lifeline as Kelly yelled, “We don’t know the answer!”

Sixty-four percent of the audience answered D — excessive hair growth, and the pair went with the suggestion, which ended up being correct.

Unfortunately, their progress stalled on the $64,000 question after using all of their lifelines, ending their game with $32,000 — the lowest winnings of a celebrity pair this season.

The earnings went to Race to Erase MS, a cause close to Jack, 38, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2012.

The Osbourne siblings are the children of Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne.

Kelly has garnered attention for her recent weight loss and new look. She lost 85 pounds in 2020 and has been open about her transformation.

While mom Sharon has openly credited Ozempic for her own 42-pound weight loss, Kelly denied taking the drug.

“I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic,” Kelly told Extra in April. “I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mum took Ozempic.”

Kelly attributes her post-baby weight loss to a combination of cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, going sober and undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2018.

She welcomed her first son, Sid , in late 2022 with her partner, Sid Wilson, from the rock band Slipknot.

Kelly has also used nonsurgical techniques like EmSculpt, which is a body and face treatment to “tighten loose skin” after “rapid weight loss.”

“I had surgery; I don’t give a f–k what anyone has to say,” Kelly said on the “Hollywood Raw” podcast in 2022. “I did it, I’m proud of it… I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done.”

She also emphasized that surgery alone isn’t a solution and that it requires ongoing commitment to healthy habits.

“The kind of surgery I had… if you don’t work out and you don’t eat right, you gain weight. All it does is move you in the right direction,” she added. “It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix.”

Kelly has also been open about her journey, sharing that she went to therapy for a year to address her emotional eating tendencies before surgery.

“The number one thing I had to do was get happy,” she said. “I had to fix my head before I could fix my body. You can never go into this if you’re not in a good mindset.”

Reflecting on her past, Kelly recounted an experience from her childhood on a March episode of “The Osbournes” podcast. She was previously told by an agency head that she needed to lose weight to succeed in acting after being cast in 2003’s Freaky Friday as Anna (Lindsay Lohan)’s best friend.

“He… gave me a whole speech about how I was too fat for TV and I needed to lose weight, and that if I lost weight, I would look better,” Kelly said at the time. “He was just saying, ‘You’re not a movie star, but you could be one if you lost weight,'” she continued, adding that it was the “most insulting f–king [thing].”
