I think it's a good thing for the communities in Oregon. mentally disturbed people usually reject treatment because they can.

Here in the Salem/Keizer area the mentally ill residents are not getting the proper care they need. Some are allowed to live as they please and are committing atrocious crimes that are harming others physically and mentally! Their families are trying to care for them but they are being over powered and do not want to see their mentally ill family member go to prison so they cover up the hanious deeds and even participate and allow this to continue.
