He sat down with The Post to talk about how Caviar Kaspia is bringing Paris to New York with their newest viral menu item: the caviar bagel. Etienne says it’s not all about going viral, but about creating something Caviar Kaspia can proudly sell to customers.

It’s no wonder this $35 bagel oozing with caviar is making waves throughout the city. The Mark has gotten shout-outs from food critics like Rachel Brotman, who says TikTok’s rise during the pandemic created a race to virality among restaurants.

Caviar Kaspia’s caviar bagel is $35 per person. Bagels must be ordered in advance, and are available for pickup between 9AM-12PM on Saturdays and Sundays only. Find out more in this episode of “NYNext.”
