Covington's 1st annual Tour de Trikes: Fundraising for Pediatric Brain Cancer

The City of Covington will be hosting its first annual Tour de Trikes on Saturday, August 10th, from 5 to 9 p.m. This will be a fun, free event for a great cause that is not to be missed! This inaugural tricycle race will help raise money to benefit pediatric brain cancer through Hogs for the Cause.

Tricycles will be provided by local sponsors which include The City of Covington, Arena Collective, Eustis Group, and Brooks Bike Shop.

Sarada Bonnett, Director of Cultural Arts and Events for the City of Covington, said, “Tour de Trike brings a unique balance of fundraising for great causes and fun; it shares Covington’s commitment to fostering a celebration of our community spirit. It’s truly a 3-wheel BIG deal!”

Races will be held every 15 minutes with both single slots or teams of 4 slots are also available. Racers can stop by the Covington Beer Garden for some great food, drinks, music and A/C to cool off after the race.
