    Convictions: June 17-24

    — Tyler Klark Franks, 46, Austin, was sentenced to four years supervised probation for second degree burglary of a dwelling. He must follow several conditions.

    — Jacob Alan Gardner, 37, Albert Lea, was sentenced to 90 months in prison for felony first degree drug sales-17 grams or more-cocaine or meth within a 90 day period.

    — Shannon Lysne, 26, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $900 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm under the influence of a controlled substance. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

    — Christopher John Marcks, 32, Rochester, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.

    — Jose Luis Medina Martinez, 32, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 298 days in jail. He was given credit for 66 days served.

    — Leonardo Antonio Nieto Vazquez, 21, St. Cloud MCF, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for felony predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement.

    — Jason Alan Roe, 47, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony check forgery. He must follow several conditions and pay $458.18 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 19 months in prison.

    — Kenneth James Savoy, Jr., 36, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony simple robbery. He must follow several conditions.

    — Aj Solomon, 28, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breast or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

    — Brady Scott Thurneau, 25 Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for third degree gross misdemeanor damage to property-reduce value $501-$1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,841.82 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 146 days in jail. He was given credit for 34 days served.

    — Craig Jacobson, 68, LeRoy, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony failure to collect and remit tax. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $200 for another count of felony fail to collect and remit tax. He must follow several conditions.

    — Devon McCormick Lee, 21, Albert Lea, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions and pay $464 in restitution. He was also sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation causing great bodily harm-gross negligence. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail. He was also sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation causing great bodily harm-under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions. All cases are to run concurrently.

    — Angela Jeanette Leonard, 37, Shakopee MCF, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

    — Jadon Dale Bentzin, 22, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor fourth degree burglary-enters building without consent: commit misdemeanor other than to steal. He was given credit for 74 days.

    — Michael Tyler Conn, 26, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 358 days in jail. He was given credit for six days served.

    — Amanda Jo Hanson, 42, Albert Lea, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree drugs. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 33 months in prison.
