hi. contractor here. to everyone making the comments about using this property to house the homeless. let me tell you why that will never happen. putting the homeless in there legally will require a gov program of some kind. goverment programs don't like to leave themselves open to lawsuits of any kind. to make those units code compliant would require a large large budget. more than most of you would call me a liar
