    Swinging into a new era

    The Northland College Men’s and Women’s Golf teams announced their 2024 Fall schedule. Head Coach Ken Bartelt enters his first season with the team and takes over programs that may be raw with the graduation of, perhaps most critically, women’s conference standout Maddy Bloedel..Northland will start off the 2024 campaign at the Twins Port Collegiate on Sept. 7, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Superior. The tournament is a two-day event at the Nemadji Golf Course in Superior, Wis. The following week is the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference Preview. The Conference Preview is a one-round tournament in Becker, Minn., at the Pebble Creek Golf Club. After a week off, the Jacks and Jills will compete at two one-day tournaments back to back. Starting with the Bethany Lutheran Invite on Sept., 27, at the Crow River Golf Course in Hutchinson, Minn. The following day Northland will be in Buffalo Lake, Minn., for the Martin Luther College Classic at the Oakdale Golf Course. To end the season Northland returns to Pebble Creek Golf Course for the UMAC Championship. The tournament starts on Oct. 3 and is three rounds and will take place over three days.
