years ago, i had feelings of angina, had a test, and even a cather ran and outside of a low-end mitral valve prolapse. My heart was considered healthy. i have Reynolds. i asked the cardiologist if it could affect the small blood vessels and why it felt like angina. he said maybe but nor real talk about it after that. i eventually gained some weight, and those symptoms have lessened. small veins that can spasm can feel like a blockage when they narrow, and your heart is pumping full force, trying to get blood thru them. now their looking at this more closely. just as I'm finding the gut can cause heart issues, Roemheld syndrome/ gastric cardia. the information is out there if you know what questions to ask.
