    Ashe County arrest reports

    The following information was provided by the Ashe County Sheriff’s Office. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Aug. 5

    Ramon S. Tasej, 32, of Boone, was charged with driving while impaired. Tasej was released on Aug. 5.

    Aug. 6

    Marissa S. Billings, 28, of West Jefferson, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. Billings was released on Aug. 6 under a $2,000 secured bond.

    Randall C. Main, 43, of West Jefferson, was charged with selling a tobacco product to a minor and failure to pay monies. Main was released on Aug. 6 under a $323 secured bond.

    Robert T. Mynes, 43, of Jefferson, was charged with probation violation. Mynes is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.

    Aug. 7

    Phil N. Church, 42, of Sparta, was charged with a parole violation. Church is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center.

    Patricia D. Hensley, 56, of Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Hensley was released on Aug. 8 under a $5,000 secured bond.

    Stephanie L. Hensley, 24, of Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance. Hensley was released on Aug. 8 under a $10,000 secured bond.

    Claude K. Weaver, 57, of Lansing, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Weaver was released on Aug. 8 under a $5,000 secured bond.

    Aug. 8

    Tony L. Miller, 45, of Laurel Springs, was charged with a post release parole violation. Miller is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center.

    John L. Roark, 53, of Creston, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Roark was released on Aug. 8 under a $20,000 secured bond.

    Angel M. Severt, 52, of West Jefferson, was charged with a parole violation. Severt is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center.

    Aug. 9

    Caitlin F. Blevins, 23, of Jefferson, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Blevins was released on Aug. 9 under a $1,500 secured bond.

    Tayte R. Blowers, 21, of Lansing, was charged with driving with a revoked license. Blowers was released on Aug. 9 under a $750 secured bond.

    Brandon E. Brown, 22, of Lenoir, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Brown was released on Aug. 10 under a $2,500 secured bond.

    Wesley W. Hamm, 43, of Lansing, was charged with indecent liberties with a child. Hamm was released on Aug. 9 under a $100,000 secured bond.

    Stephanie L. Hensley, 24, of Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, breaking and/or entering and larceny after breaking/entering. Hensley is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond.

    Nathan C. Severt, 27, of Creston, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, breaking and/or entering and larceny after breaking/entering. Severt is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond.

    Aug. 11

    Andres A. DeLuna, 30, of Butler, Tennessee, was charged with possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a concealed gun and an open alcohol container violation. DeLuna is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond.

    David A. Miller Jr., 51, of Lansing, was charged with simple assault and communicating threats. Miller Jr. was released on Aug. 11.

    Kelly W. Miller, 40, of Lansing, was charged with two counts of assault on a government official/employee and resisting a public officer. Miller is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $30,000 secured bond.

    Nebraska A. Vanover, 22, of Mountain City, Tennessee, was charged with assault on a government official/employee, resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while impaired, driving with no liability insurance, no operator’s license, possession of an open container of alcohol, failure to maintain lane control and possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises. Vanover is currently being held at the Ashe County Detention Center under a $29,000 secured bond.
