The average cost of living in Geneva is $3266, which is in the top 0.5% of the most expensive cities in the world, ranked 48th out of 9294 in our global list and 4th out of 50 in Switzerland-or a cost of living index of 112. In contrast New York City’s index is 100, Paris is 78.
