That is amazing and scary as hell. Will they find the cause and fix it for the future building there? I can't imagine the feeling as it was falling and then the stop. How are they physically secured as they swing and hope nothing else gives out. The strongest chain is only as it's weakest link. Granted those men are a couple hundred pounds each but every link in the chain adds its own weight.
