Poor Man's Husband Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef

Two 15-ounce tomato sauce cans

Eight ounces of cream cheese

Eight ounces of sour cream

One pack of egg noodles

1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

One tablespoon of Italian spice

One teaspoon of sugar

Directions

Step 1: Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain the oil, leave the beef in the pan.

Step 3: Add in 1 teaspoon of the Italian seasoning and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Continue to sauté for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 cans of tomato sauce to the skillet with the meat. Season with salt and pepper, then sauté for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
