I also experienced numbness and tingling in my tongue and upper lip, after CT of my head it was discovered I had a cancer positive lymph node in my neck. The numbness and tingling were never figured out and stopped after my diagnosis of head and neck cancer. I believe our bodies give us clues and we need to be take them serious.
