they are all the same in Leesburg and the surrounding areas even the older community of Spanish village. we have many modular homes for sale. no one is buying any we have at least 20 for sale. the senior citizens are all moving as they can't afford the rates after living here for the past 30 plus years. they have no where to go except nursing homes who are disgusting.
