This is the future of education in Montana. Pay is low, benefit packages are lacking, and there are better retirement packages elsewhere. As boomers retire in the next few years, schools will be short. They will have to go online with huge class sizes. Parents need to push for changes in school funding in the near future or prepare for remote learning.
