    So previous felonies, why is he out on the damn streets anyway? "Supervision" doesn't seem to have worked, so why do that over and over? Ridiculous! This state desperately need stiffer minimum sentencing requirements, for violent, dangerous criminals, that all judges and prosecutors HAVE to follow. And, able bodied inmates should have to work on well supervised work crews, doing work that saves taxpayers, cities, counties... money, to pay for their keep, expands detention facilities, pays for more law enforcement, and to pay restitution to those harmed by their criminal activities! This soft on crime baloney is not working! 😡
