It is time to remove our state CEO and elect a governor who understands public service and caring for our vulnerable citizens. ▪︎ We all know the solution is to reinstate the corporate property tax and modify the residential tax rate. ▪︎ instead, Gianforte micromanages the task force and modifies more tax code. ▪︎ The article said the homestead exemption was the only element the governor explicitly backed. How many ideas did he ban, a tax on tourists, raising corporate property tax, but what else? ▪︎ If those recommendations go through, we will never see another school levy pass, but it looks like we will actually get some relief. Time will tell how much. ▪︎ Our governor does not remember that trickle-down economics have already failed many times. He will benefit with lower property taxes, and he now pays the same rate on income as a full-time minimum wage employee. Corporations are probably making big campaign contributions, and we get pissed on. It is time, #GetYourMontanaBack
