WTF??? This 11-13yr Old Boyz needs military schooling and discipline. Releasing him is stupidity and just asking for a repeat offender status. Not 🚫 too Young to get his Ass whooped into shape. Surely this type of violent crime can't go unpunished.

Parents need to be held responsible for what their kids do. They should have to pay for vandalism, appear in court & in this case face charges for their kids in this murder of an innocent man. Until the courts hold parents responsible, this type of crime will continue. Kids out in the night should never happen. Where are the parents in this? They are raising juvenile delinquents who grow up to go to prison. These kids are there now.
