"The men are formally charged with "threatening to communicate derogatory information," a felony that carries up to three years in prison if convicted." Instead of putting the taxpayers on the hook, to house and feed them, give them a choice, either surgically remove their tongues, or their hands, so they can't "communicate derogatory information" in the future?
