An American Idol is Coming to Alpharetta Next Month

Ruben Studdard is coming to town!

You know him - the guy who beat out runner up Clay Aiken to win the 2nd season of American Idol! This was 2003 folks - over 20 years ago!

Ruben's been busy since then and has honed is craft to become a real American music icon.

Ruben Studdard will be performing at The Velvet Note in Alpharetta on September 4th and 5th. There are two showtimes each evening at 7 and 9pm.

Here's an interesting fact - Ruben's nickname is "Velvet Teddy Bear". How appropriate to be playing at The Velvet Note, a private listening room with a full restaurant and bar on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta near Johns Creek. It's a small an intimate setting to be seeing this top-named performer.
