How to get rid of that reddish tint? BAKING SODA! Wet container, put in some dish detergent and baking soda. Scrub. Leave in overnight and in the morning rinse out! Since tomatoes are acidic and baking soda is alkaline, it neutralizes the tomato sauce! Yes, it’s actually that simple! But never microwave it in the plastic container!
