you would think with all the money from fines,court costs,tickets, property taxes,gas taxes,sales taxes,drug money seizures and property seizures and all the other damn taxes that these canine police wouldn't have to depend on donations for body armor...the corruption is rampart,hell,that southern Indiana sheriff and his family stole over 4 million dollars of tax payer money
