Mandatory work camps, no job is too small. 1rst year mental evaluations with mandatory mediation. Therapy and counseling also they must have a job. Grow and raise some of their own food. 2nd year, In addition to requirements of the 1rst yr. A year of job training/ tech school also mandatory. These camps must not be allowed anywhere near the cities nor by any schools or neighborhoods.

What lies the city is telling us. They are relocating them to the dog park. While they clean up the mess they've already made. So they detoxify the old space, then they're going to move them back. So their relocation is only temporary.
