Sean McDermott Unconcerned Over Bills' Poor Offense in Preseason

The Buffalo Bills aren't the only team across the NFL that is struggling to put up points in the preseason.

They are one of the few who has yet to score an offensive touchdown through two games, though.

As the Bills get closer to the start of the 2024 season, the concern some may have over Buffalo's offensive production to this point isn't exactly felt by head coach Sean McDermott...at least right now.

"When you are not scoring points on offense, is it a concern? Yeah, because that’s what we are looking to do on offense," McDermott said. "That said, I think if you dive into it and you’re looking at why, I think there’s been some times where we have moved the chains enough to get into a rhythm and then we shoot ourselves in the foot as I mentioned.“

It's always hard to judge offensive production when top starters like Josh Allen aren't playing an entire game. Is it safe to assume the Bills' offensive struggles would not persist with him playing consistently? Of course.

But with so many new faces on the team in general, it's also safe to state that Buffalo's offensive production must hit the ground running fast to start the year.

And they are running out of time to get that all done before Week 1.

typical McDermott, no idea that you need touchdowns in the NFL to win. Please replace him Terry Pegula.
