Sorry to say, but ever since Cleveland took over the hospitals, clinics, physicians' practices, radiology, etc., the service STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. Long waiting, unpleasant and intollerant front office personnel, excessive and duplicate paperwork, are just a few of the evident failures of the new management.
